  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

  3. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty & health products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized items.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order after your return is approved.
