To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective items.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us at shg170029@gmail.com with clear photos of the product.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty & health products (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized items.
6. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order after your return is approved.
